DescriptionDirector of Business Intelligence and Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW)Develops and maintains the data warehousing, business intelligence reporting, and application development frameworks, tools, enterprise data warehouse, data marts, internally developed applications, and integration solutions; works cross-functionally with various business owners to determine and meet their reporting and analytics needs; and manages the EDW/BI activities to ensure timely high-quality reporting, analytics, integration and development. This person must ensure that the company has the necessary data, information, and application functionality for ongoing daily operations and strategic planning.Role Responsibilities:Plan and implement the overall business intelligence strategyLead the design and development of analytical projects designed to understand key business behaviors that drive customer acquisition, retention, and engagementPartner with the Technology teams to deliver stable and highly available reporting, application development, and integration platformsWork with business owners to identify information needs and develop reporting; primary partners include but are not limited to the management team, finance & accounting, marketing, casino operations, player development, and hotel operations Oversee all aspects of business intelligence, and application development/integration projectsDevelop and maintain reporting and analytical tools and application development/integrationDevelop KPI dashboards in support of enterprise goalsTrains, counsel, supervises and appraise subordinates to assure an effective operation and to provide detail oriented growth and job satisfactionAdminister all employee relations policies and enforce all company policies, procedures, rules and regulationsCreate various reports as necessary and attend/hold regular meetingsEnsure that Superior Guest Service levels are met according to Standard Operating ProceduresOther job-related duties as assignedWe strive to provide an amazing work environment, with lots of awesome team members, and a pretty relaxed atmosphere.THE SMALL DETAILS:There are a couple of things that we need from you to make sure you’re the right candidate:Education & Experience RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or other technical discipline or equivalent combination of education and experienceMinimum five (5) years I.T. management experience focused in Business Applications management, Application Development/Integration, or Data Warehousing/BIMust have demonstrated experience in design, implementation, and operation of a large enterprise data warehouseIf interested, please email [email protected] Intelligence and Data Warehousing (BI DW)Technology doesn't change the world.
