A Service company in Brooklyn Heights is seeking a Full-Time billing coordinator to complete their team. You will be responsible to prepare complete and accurately bill information for timely invoicing to customers. You will work Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Responsibilities
Review and understand all client contracts, procedures and special requirements to create customer invoices
Receive all relevant parts and contractor invoices and determine accuracy and completeness
Perform job costing of labor and materials
Work closely with other departments to resolve billing conflicts
Assist in month-end closing of billing
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Previous billing experience
Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication, organizational and multi-tasking skills
Ability to work independently with keen focus on processing a large volume of orders
Proficient in use of computer and common office equipment
Ability to maintain confidentiality

1 to 3 years of relevant experience
