Job DescriptionOperates/disassembles/cleans/reassembles various types of printing, inspection, and coating equipment. Additional responsibilities will include solution preparation and solution kettle cleaning and reassembly for coating. Assist with the trouble-shooting of equipment/processing problems. Performs neat and error free documentation on BPR’s and logbooks. Maintains a neat and clean work area. Follows BPR’s, SOP’s, GMP’s, and safety guidelines. Monitors operations for deviations, quality problems, or mechanical problems. Identifies safety, quality, and efficiency improvements. Performs other duties as required by supervisor.Experience in pharmaceutical production. Mechanical ability to disassemble and reassemble various printing, inspection, and coating area equipment. Basic reading comprehension and math skills necessary to follow BPR instructions and complete BPR calculations. Good communication skills and ability to work both individually and as part of a team with a variety of people. Able to lift containers up to 40 lbs. Able to hand-scoop 5 lbs. intermittently throughout the workday.
