To deliver on that promise, we re committed to building a team of engaged employees who do the right thing for our clients and help them achieve their financial goals each and every day.Job DescriptionABOUT THE JOB (JOB BRIEF):The Mortgage Imaging Specialist reports to the Mortgage Document Imaging Manager and is responsible for classifying the imaged documents by utilizing the Document Imaging Manager as part of the Loan Origination System (LOS). Client documentation can be faxed or e-mailed into the mortgage fulfillment documentation mail in-boxes or received via regualur mail or courier services and scanned into a staging queue that will be monitored by the Mortgage Imaging Specialist team. The Mortgage Imaging Specialist will be responsible for taking any documents received and uploading them into the loan file via the Document Imaging Manager system. The Document Imaging Specialist will also be responsible for ancillary tasks per business needs, to include but not limited to, items noted below.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Monitor the mortgage fulfillment documentation e-mail inboxes for incoming documentation to be uploaded into the Document Imaging Manager within established SLA s . Responsible for operating imaging tools for use in the creation of electronic files or archives. Ensure accurate transferal and indexing of document and timely notification of document upload to KBM Sales and Fulillment team members Mailing appraisals to insure regulatory compliance and closing timeline is met Assist Business Support with indexing and mailing of remediation checks and documents Timely preparation of comprehensive loan package for Post Funding Quality Control reviews by our third party vendor Assist compliance with the creation of documents packages for review by internal and external auditors Process all incoming documents received via mail and courier services and scanned to the document Imaging Manager Staging Queue Process checks received with closing packages via APA(automated posting application) Management of all KBM undeliverable mail to include identification of accurate mailing address for re-delivery and insure compliance with delivery of required disclosures Identify common issues and suggest suitable solutions to resolve in a timely manner. Maintain knowledge of industry compliance standard rules and regulations, as well as affiliated disclosures and mortgage loan documents Must demonstrate initiative and discipline in time management and assigned completion Must display teamwork and commitment while performing daily daily dutiesREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma or equivalent Minimum of 1 year of banking experience Good visual awareness Working knowledge of PC (MS Windows and Office Products including Word, Excel, etc.) Demonstrated ability to prioritize, multi-task, meet deadlines and adapt to changing priorities with strong organizational skills.
