DescriptionPerforms reception, registration, scheduling and general office clerical duties to support the patients and clinical staffand.nbsp;.and.nbsp; Performs reception services duties, answers phones, greets patients visitors, etcand.nbsp;.and.nbsp; Performs patient registration including insurance verificationand.nbsp; Performs patient scheduling for both new and followup patient appointmentsand.nbsp; Collects, posts, deposits and reconciles copaysand.nbsp; Provides office clerical support, makes up charts, purchase orders, filing, copying, faxing, sorts and distributes mail etcand.nbsp; Monitors and takes appropriate action from Soarian work listsand.nbsp; Strong customer service orientation, good communications skillsand.nbsp; Attention to detail and ability to multiple taskand.nbsp; PC Word processing skills in a Windows environment, Microsoft Office preferred.QualificationsEducation:High School Equivalent / GED Required.and.nbsp;.and.nbsp;.and.nbsp; Experience .and.amp; Knowledge: Min of 1 year related experience as a Secretary/Receptionist required.and.nbsp; Customer service experience preferably in the medical fieldand.nbsp; Typing skills - 30 wpmand.nbsp; Excellent verbal/communication skillsand.nbsp; Detail oriented.
