McKinley is looking for a motivated and energetic Commercial Maintenance Technician to join our Commercial Real Estate team located in Akron, OH!
Position information:
Keeping commercial property buildings and grounds in clean and orderly condition
Installing, maintaining and making repairs in areas such as but not limited to machinery, equipment, physical structures, carpentry, drywall, plumbing and sanitary sewer and electrical systems in commercial property buildings
Reviews all building work orders on a daily basis and creates a schedule for repairs. Completes all work orders in a timely manner and communicates with the Commercial Property manager should any delays occur.
Communicates regularly with the Commercial Property manager regarding building work orders, preventative maintenance, construction projects and maintenance team goals.
Provides exceptional customer service, at all times, to our commercial tenants, vendors, contractors and building guests.
This position also requires on-call responsibilities and snow removal.
Position requirements:
A minimum of one year of related experience and/or training
Previous commercial property maintenance experience strongly preferred
Valid Driver's License and acceptable driving record
Willingness to work on-call is required
