We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team! The ideal candidate will have experience working in a professional, fast-paced environment, but with an entrepreneurial spirit. This passionate, qualified individual will have experience writing business correspondence, expertly keeping detailed calendars, excellent communications skills across media platforms, experience arranging travel, managing public relations and marketing campaigns. Email marketing and content generation experience are strongly recommended. A high level of professionalism and responsiveness is required, as is a commitment to excellence. Salesforce.com mastery is a plus.
We're looking for a bright, honest, hard-working, passionate individual with at least 3 years of administrative experience to work with us. The ideal candidate will be someone full of integrity, with a world-class work ethic. This individual will have tremendous experience with MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), excellent communications skills and a willingness to work hard to obtain the desired results - client satisfaction for the companies that we serve.
Responsibilities:
Draft correspondences and other formal documents
Plan and schedule appointments and events
Provide administrative support to CEO
Manage relationships with event planning team
Answer inbound telephone calls
Develop and implement organized filing systems
Perform all other office tasks

Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
