JOB DESCRIPTION The Support Services Manager position will be responsible for leading the administrative and procurement staff and maintaining processes and procedures while staying within budget for all Product lines at the location.Has primary responsibility for providing oversight and management to various administrative services including Purchasing, AP, AR, logistics, general admin. Manages a budget (cost center owner) to accommodate physical, financial, and human resources.Duties/Responsibilities:

Able to work with other managers and supervisors to develop office management and activities.

Responsible for general office duties including but not limited to ordering and tracking supplies, maintaining records management systems and performing basic bookkeeping.

Review all financial documents as directed for accuracy, including invoices, purchase orders while meeting all budget requirements.

File and retrieve documents, records and reports manually and through our network.

Schedule the work flow, train, mentor, and evaluate direct report employees and be responsible for the accuracy and timeliness of their respective work.

Work in a team environment with other managers and staff to ensure operations are well-planned and performed in the most safe and professional manner possible.

Coordinate and schedule with Safety and Facilities Manager when office is in need of repairs or build outs.

Coordinate all conference rooms and WebEx facilitation with managers and other staff members.

Order phones and laptops as needed for other managers and staff and use in stock equipment.

Facilitate corporate upgrades and training on the new systems as needed.

Must understand and comply with all safety rules and company policies of Weatherford.

Know and understand Weatherford Quality Policy and comply with all requirements of the Quality Systems Manual, Operation, and Technical Procedures and Workplace Instructions.

Work assignments carried out to the highest quality level

Perform various other duties and activities as assigned by director within the physical constraints of the job.

QUALIFICATIONS

Skills and Knowledge:

Excellent one on one communication skills – Strong written and verbal communication skills in a professional environment.

Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Outlook).

Business process experience (i.e. JDE)

Strong leadership and quality assurance skills.

Able to work without close supervision.

React quickly and rationally to stressful situations.

Work flexible work schedule, including long and/or irregular hours.

Remain focused in repetitive tasks and work independently.

Work safely andlead team members.

Attend and pass all required safety classes.

Maintain excellent organizational skills.

Coordinate multiple, ongoing jobs.

Use effective communication skills for both sales/marketing and training.

Must effectively lead employees and create a team environment.

Delegate work to staff and manage workloads.

Respond to client and vendor complications in a positive manor.

Previous management and administrative experience.

Advanced computer skills beyond standard Microsoft Office

Excellent supervisory and organizational skills

Ability to delegate work effectively

Ability to work with diversity in a high – speed production environment

Good interpersonal sBachelor’s degree: Business/Industry related.kills and flexibility
