LPN - Occupational HealthLocation: WILLISTON, NORTH DAKOTA, UNITED STATESNew Requisition #: 2019-R0261519Job Summary / PurposeThe LPN in Occupational Health provides nursing assistance
to the Occupational Health Clinic’s provider, triages company work injuries,
and assists with physicals and work injuries within the scope of the LPN
license. Essential Key Job Responsibilities1. Escortpatients in a professional and safe manner to rooms, lab and x-ray, obtainvital signs and history, and prepare and maintain room for patients. 2. Apply computer techniques to support officeoperations such as ordering labs, x-ray, scheduling appointments, and out oftown referrals. 3. Assist the provider in all procedures with the LPNscope according to the North Dakota Board of Nursing. 4. Perform all related duties involved in completion offorms, such as request for medications. 5. Document all pertinent information in the patient’srecord. 6. Accountable for meeting goals set at annualevaluations. 7. Makes appropriate referrals to other agencies, socialworkers, etc. Non-essential Job Responsibilities1. Other duties as assigned.
