A leader in comprehensive gas-and-vapor handling, combustion, and recovery solutions looking for Regional Sales Manager for the Billings to Minot area. This position involves the sales of compression and flare systems, VRUs, and related equipment and services provided by the company. Prior oil and gas industry sales experience with an established account list preferred.
Essential Activities (with or without reasonable accommodation):
1. Develop, implement and manage a sales strategy (including a business and action plan) that will generate and cultivate customers within a defined regional sales territory.
2. Generate leads and conduct sales calls/presentations to potential customers. As necessary, tailor presentation materials and content to best present the product to potential customers.
3. Source, interview, and recommend potential independent sales agents and agent groups. Participate in contract negotiations.
4. Execute activities necessary to assure that the Company is included on client vendor lists.
