Kelly Services is currently seeking motivated General Laborers for a leading Food Production and Agricultural company in Grand Forks, ND. The ideal candidate for this position will have high attention to detail while being able to be on their feet doing physical work throughout the day. Basic computer knowledge for documenting, calibrating and adjusting machines is also needed. There are two opportunities with this company; Day Shift $15.52 /hour + Night Shift $15.97/hour. Individuals must be available to work rotating schedules Sunday - Saturday 7 am - 7 pm or 7 pm - 7 am

Requirements:

-Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

-Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision

-Demonstrated manual and physical dexterity

-Ability to work in confined areas with chemicals, proper PPE will be provided

-Understanding of military time and able to convert to/from

-Understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) while working around food products

-Must be able to stand on concrete floors for long periods of time

-Comfortable working indoors and outdoors and in various climates

Maintenance Mechanic - Grand Forks, ND

Put your mechanic knowledge to work in this exciting Technician position! Kelly is recruiting for qualified Manufacturing Equipment Mechanics to work with a premier client in Grand Forks. The ideal candidate will have the ability to perform tasks that include a multitude of maintenance, from basic parts replacements and equipment refurbishment to optimizing equipment performance and advanced troubleshooting. This opportunity will work Monday “ Saturday with set shifts available! Pay is $18+ DOE.

Duties:

-Maintain mechanical power transmission equipment including drives and conveying equipment employed in a variety of specific applications

-Maintenance on fluid systems including liquid, pneumatic, and hydraulic

-Perform a variety of joining and fabrication activities

-Ability to weld, cut, braze, and solder a variety of materials

-Interpret drawings, blueprints, and schematics

-Install, troubleshoot, and align shafts and couplings (laser or dial alignment) and

valves

-Cut metals using plasma and/or oxyacetylene equipment

-Maintain, repair, and replace fans and blowers including airlocks (rotary valves)

-Operate various pieces of mobile equipment

Requirements:

-2-years industry specific experience

-High school diploma or equivalent; 2-year technical degree preferred

-Ability to lift up to 50lbs repeatedly

-Ability to bend, twist, kneel, squat, turn and walk on ladders and catwalks
