Kelly Services is hiring! We are seeking qualified skilled Assembly Technicians to manufacture industrial equipment parts for a leading construction equipment company in West Fargo!
This is an excellent opportunity for those who are mechanically inclined, and enjoy challenging, hands on work. This position works in a fast-paced team oriented environment.
Shift hours are Monday-Thursday from 6:00am to 4:30pm OR 4:15pm to 2:45am with possible overtime on Fridays. Pay rate is $14+/hour, DOE and shift.
Responsibilities:
-Perform all necessary functions to ensure a quality product is delivered in a timely manner
-Follow procedures and instructions to ensure form, fit, and function is met to specific requirements and expectations
-Identify tooling and equipment necessary to perform assigned operation
-Perform a variety of inspection functions
-Maintain records relating to production, downtime, quality, and maintenance
-Daily communication with production team and management
Requirements:
-Goal oriented and excited about challenging yourself to meet daily production goals
-Must have working experience with hand tools, good dexterity and ability to read blueprints
-Ability to stand, bend and stoop for an 8hr+ shift
-Position requires some heavy lifting
-Problem-solver and team-player mindset
-Ability to accommodate harder physical labor at times
-High school diploma or GED
