We are looking for highly motivated and creative individuals with a strong work ethic to join The Fireside kitchen team as a line cook. Experience is preferred.
The main purpose of this role is to execute the recipes & procedures provided to you. We operate a culture of creative excellence & consistent execution in terms of both food production & professional training. This ensures that our guests experience our very best.
Our team of Cooks in The Fireside kitchen are expected to operate as a team, mutually respecting one another. With our exposure to the guests thru our open kitchen door, constant cleanliness is a must.
