Tender Hearts is currently hiring individuals to come play with us! Come be part of an amazing ministry where you get to see Gods hand at work in the lives of children and their families. We are Christ-centered, play-based, and quality-rated. We believe in messy play, big emotions, and undeserved grace. We believe that empowering, encouraging, and supporting our staff members is just as important as caring for children. As a smaller program with only 18 children, we are tight-knit and family-focused. Tender Hearts is a program of The Perry Center, a home for women experiencing an unexpected pregnancy. We serve these women, as well as families in the community.
Our staff members are hand-picked not for their diaper-changing abilities, but for their character and heart to serve God, and it truly shows. We look for individuals that first and foremost want to serve, and from there, we teach you what you need to know!
We have both part-time and full-time hours available in our infant, toddler, and preschool rooms. Bonus points if you can read Bible stories in a sing-song voice, spoon feed lasagna to two or three babies at a time, and if you dont mind being a human jungle gym. Starting pay is $10/hour. Free meals and snacks, no nights or weekends, casual dress, and a super fun encouraging environment for staff members. Truly, its the best job youll love.
