Hiring Now Optio Solutions is seeking Call Center Representatives to work in our Fargo, ND, office. We are currently accepting applicants and facilitating interviews for our May 26, 2020 training class.
The ideal candidate will have phone experience, good organization, communication skills and general computer knowledge. We provide ongoing training to ensure our Representatives have the tools for success. Previous collections, customer service and sales experience are welcome but not required. Bilingual is also a plus!
