Property manager, either individual or couple, for a 48 unit privately owned apartment complex. Full time with 2 bedroom apartment provided and $1,500.00 monthly salary. Responsibilities include overall management of facilities and grounds, leasing and preparation of apartments, collection of rents, and creating monthly reports. Maintenance work will be required in conjunction with a part-time maintenance employee who is responsible for most of the maintenance and repair. Experience in apartment management and maintenance is preferred.
