We are looking for the best Concrete Superintendents in the area to join our team to work on commercial projects around the Rapid City area. We offer immediate growth and training potential for workers dedicated to their craft. Candidates must have construction experience and be willing to travel in a 1 hour radius of Rapid City.
Job Description/Duties
Able to plan/supervise work force
Ability to determine man power, construction methods, material and equipment
Coordinate other contractors, subcontractors and different crafts necessary
Knowledge of carpentry, building construction and concrete
Able to complete job in a timely manner and provide quality control on job
Required to implement and follow Safety Handbook
Perform Jobsite safety meetings and toolbox talks
Ability to work long hours and weekends when necessary
Effective communication, time management and leadership skills
Provide daily maintenance of equipment/tools
Requirements/Responsibilities
Must be at least 18 years of age
Basic communication skills
Provide personnel tools
Provide daily maintenance of equipment/tools
Required to follow Safety Handbook
