Responsibilities:
Clothing sales associates provide prompt, high quality customer service to all of our customers.
Assist customers with the selection of Harley-Davidson clothing, apparel, and merchandise.
Explain all features and benefits of Harley-Davidson clothing, apparel, and merchandise.
Clothing sales associates also assist customers through the entire sales process and provide organized follow-up.
Use both phone and internet leads to increase floor traffic and merchandise sales.
All clothing sales associates are required to provide world-class kick-ass customer service!
Qualifications:
Clothing retail sales experience is great, but not required.
Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal/communication skills.
Energetic, self-motivated, and a team player.
Must be able to work well in our team of clothing sales associates.
Time management skills are highly encouraged and crucial for success in the clothing retail sales industry.
Again, retail sales experience is a plus, but not required.
