Topsider Building Systems, Inc., designer and prefabricator of distinctive high-end custom homes, sold and shipped worldwide since 1968, seeks candidates for a Hands On supervisory position. This position will oversee shop floor foremen and related work cells and reports to the Production Manager.
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Must have minimum of five years manufacturing supervisory experience, familiarity with woodworking equipment, production planning and strong people and organizational skills. Computer literacy is required. Ideal background would be supervision in home or construction materials prefabrication, furniture manufacturing, or other job shop fabrication, along with shipping and receiving experience.
WORK SCHEDULE: Normal work hours are from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., depending upon the workload. Additional time, including occasional weekend work may be required.
COMPENSATION: Based on experience and background.
