Paralegal/Customer Service in Winston-Salem, NC
Legalpeople is currently looking for TWO paralegals with customer service experience for a full-time, long-term temporary paralegal role with our law firm client. You will be working for our law firm client by taking calls and maintaining files on customer service escalation for a Fortune 500 company.
This is long-term, and could last 1+ years. This role requires excellent customer service experience, and a background in legal/paralegal work would be very helpful. As of now, this role will be completely remote, but candidates MUST have the ability to work onsite once the firm reopens.
