Steadily growing Boutique Law Firm, specializing in helping the disabled, seeks an individual to fulfill the role of Intake Specialist and Receptionist to handle customer service needs of firm. At a minimum candidate would be required to work 15-25 hours weekly during business hours (noon-5 pm, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays). During the Covid-19 crisis, our office remains closed to the public, but employees work in the facility.

Primary responsibilities include: handling incoming calls from potential clients, screening potential clients to match their needs with firm's services, and providing potential clients who are not a match for firm with referrals to other firms. Additional duties will include: answering incoming calls, returning voice messages, greeting & assisting clients, replying to emails, scheduling appointments, and offering administrative support as needed.

Pay rate is $9-12 per hour, depending on experience. After 90 day probation period successfully completed, eligible for pay-raise. Bonuses and pay-raises commensurate with performance.

The ideal candidate MUST be customer-service oriented, possess superb verbal communication skills and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.

Additionally, we are seeking an individual who:

Has moderate computer proficiency

Understands office etiquette, both technically & socially

Is able to multitask and work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Has a solid grasp of proper grammar/punctuation and use of English language

Demonstrates ability to prioritize work assignments

Enjoys interacting with the public and on the phone
