Whole Health Director, Children and Families Specialty Plan

Healthy Blue North Carolina is looking to hire a Whole Health Director, reporting to the Executive Director of our Children and Families Specialty Plan. This high-performing individual contributor will be responsible for providing oversight and leadership of all prevention and population health, care management and care coordination programs, including oversight of the statewide Children and Families Specialty Plan (CFSP) Care Management model and required coordination and colocation with County Department of Social Services (DSS). This Whole Health Director will function as our Population Health and Care Management Director and ideally bring their clinical, public health, child welfare, and IDD expertise to this role and our organization to drive success. This role can work in a hybrid way from our Cary or Winston-Salem North Carolina offices.
