Data Analyst Heavy Project Intake and Data Analysis This is not a PMPrimavera Software experience highly desired but not mandatory Slicing and Dicing of DataPutting Dashboards together for presentation to different teamsReally Strong Excel Skills are a mustDETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:• Expert in data mapping, modelling, lineage, governance and data management• Manipulate large, disparate datasets and build easy-to-digest analysis, visualizations, and reports• Develop reports that support analysis and key business decisions on an ad-hoc and scheduled basis• Perform quantitative, qualitative & trend analysis of information using data analytics• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy• Communicate effectively and proactively with internal GTS stakeholders to ensure information is presented logically and consistently• Responsible for building and delivering portfolio reporting and insights• Escalate issue to PMO manager as needed in a timely manner.• Perform other duties as assigned.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:Skills:• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint• Excellent written and verbal communication skills• Proficiency in the use of the Microsoft Office suite of applications• Must be able to deal effectively with organizational complexity and ambiguity• Must possess exceptional multi-tasking, organizational, and analytical skills to successfully manage a heavy workload• Independent follow-through ability (attention to detail, monitoring and controlling)Experience:• At least 4-6 years of experience with large, complex, and diverse datasets and business models in an analytics/reporting oriented team 2 – 4 years in the IT/Technology industry• Must have prior experience in role that required candidate to rapidly synthesize information from multiple sources, communicate ideas and data both verbally and written in a persuasive and appropriate manner• Experience in optimizing and improving end to end processes to drive efficiencies.Education:• Master’s/Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a field related.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:• 4 – 6 years working within a Program/Project Management Office• MS Project or other Project Management tool expertise• Experience designing and prototyping visualizations for large and complex data sets
