Wilmington Law Firm Seeking Full-Time Receptionist & Medical Records Clerk
Qualifications:
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment; strong oral and written communication skills.
This is a fast-paced position
Must possess the ability to multi-task and prioritize
Position is clerical and person will operate under direct supervision of Attorneys and Case Managers
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Job duties include but are not limited to: answering incoming calls on a multi-line phone system; talking to potential new clients; administrative tasks; scanning; copying; ordering medical records; following up on outstanding requests for medical records and/or medical bills; and contacting medical providers to confirm outstanding balances on client accounts.
