With the right experience, you can help deliver medical breakthroughs in the real world.We are seeking a successful, qualified, Field Manager for the North Region.The Field Manager is responsible for being the primary contact for field nurse educators in Central North Region. Additional responsibilities include supporting customer and project objectives through team building, coaching, training, motivating and managing. Bachelor's degree in Nursing or health related field strongly preferred.
Equivalent work experience in project management support strongly considered.
Minimum five years of experience in the following areas: Pharmaceutical Industry, Healthcare i.e. Managed Care Organizations with progressive experience in disease management.
Advanced computer skills knowledge and data base knowledge helpful.
Additional training and experience in computer desktop software applications including MS Office (word, excel, access, PowerPoint)
Financial experience helpful such as monitoring budgets and managing asset allocation
Ability to manage multiple tasks
Ability and willingness to precisely follow instructions and Guidelines provided
Excellent presentation skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Enthusiastic, positive attitude and ability to motivate others
Ability to work as a team player
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to work independently
Strong professional presence in dealing with various office staff and patients
Valid driver’s license
Ability to travel to meet project/territory demands (approximately 60-70%)
