Compensation: Hourly DOE

Employment type: 40 hours weekly

Requirements:

Extensive knowledge of Raleigh/Durham and surrounding areas

Upbeat and friendly personality

Phone etiquette is of the utmost importance

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

At least 6 months of experience in a customer service role preferred

Basic computer skills in order to enter information into our database

Effective communication and customer service skills

Ability to effectively multitask

Good time management

Self-motivated, Self-aware

As a Dispatcher you will be working closely with the call center to support the Cleaning Technicians in the field. Communication is of paramount importance in our daily operations. Your primary duty is to ensure the schedule flows in a manner to best accommodate our customers. You will be responsible for placing the jobs on the schedule in the most efficient manner. Jobs are to be scheduled so drive time is minimized and end of day is as consistent as possible for the technicians. Once assigned, you will contact customers to inform them of their service window. Throughout the day the you will adjust the schedule based on customer changes, time constraints, incidents or re-services. You will also be in constant contact with all technicians and customers throughout the day. An effective dispatcher will allow the call center to focus on serving the customer on the phone and provide the best scenario for the technician to serve the customer in their home. All done while maintaining a professional happy demeanor.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Fuel efficiency Managing day to day schedules and accomodating for cancellations, van breakdowns, customer need, time constraints and such

Setting and confirming schedules

Communication with customers on any delays in the arrival of their technician

Communication with technicians about ETD's, issues with invoices, cancellations, route changes and much more

Maximizing routes to reach daily revenue goals

Using fleet management systems to trach technician and van efficiencies

Our hours are from 7am-6pm, Mon thru Sat,

YOU MUST HAVE Flexibility during all of these hours.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $11.00 to $12.00 /hour DOE
