Westgate Auto Group is looking for professional, self-motivated individuals that want to produce on a high level in a team environment to elevate our store to the next level. Previous automotive, call center, or customer service experience is preferred, but not required as we will provide training. Bilingual is a plus.
As a BDC representative your daily objectives include:
- Answering internet leads and sales calls
- Contacting customers to identify needs and coordinate appointments with sales managers
- Continued follow-up with potential and unsold customers
- Setting and planning to reach personal goals on a daily/weekly/monthly basis
Requirements:
- Proficiency working in a computer-based management tool
- Professional appearance and strong written and verbal communication skills
- Have the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Self motivated, goal orientated, and ability to work in a face-paced environment
- Organizational and time management skills
- Night and weekend availability
