Located in Raleigh NC, Piper Companies is looking for a DevOps SME to join our team! Currently, we are looking for someone to provide high level recommendations and guidance to our customers about tools, processes and policies surrounding a new pipeline implementation.
Responsibilities for the DevOps SME include:- Provide recommendations and guidance to the customer about tools, processes, policies, etc. surrounding a DevOps pipeline implementation
- Work with the DevOps team members to ensure proper pipeline implementation
- Create documentation that supports the pipeline implementation
- Work with the DevOps team to develop trainings for developers and application owners
- Act as a member of the triage team to provide pipeline solutions to application owners
- Extensive knowledge implementing and using GitLab
- Working knowledge of Container Security and Container Orchestration tools such as (Docker, Kubernetes, Rancher, AWS, Prisma Cloud Compute, and/or Stackrox)
- Working knowledge of DAST, SAST, and SCA tools
- Java and APM (Application Performance Monitoring (Strong Nice to Have)
- Salary Range: $140,000 - $160,000 (based on experience)
