Bustling Raleigh community is seeking a motivated full-time, floating Assistant Property Manager. We are looking for an outgoing, friendly, energetic person who will thrive in a team atmosphere. No prior residential experience needed! We will train the right candidate as this is an entry-level position.
Our ideal candidate will have a 4 year degree, be adept at time management & multi-tasking and possess superior customer service skills. We are looking for someone who has leadership skills as we like to promote from within. 75% of our leasing consultants and assistant managers are promoted within a year. Prior leasing experience is a plus - but is not required.
Job Responsibilities:
Primarily responsible for the leasing process, including: touring, qualifying prospects and finalizing applications in accordance with company guidelines
Responding to phone and email leads
Assists with rent collections and banking
Process renewals in accordance with company guidelines
Maintain lease files and company records
Current resident retention and satisfaction
Community marketing, including all major marketing and social media sites
Other administrative duties as assigned by Property Manager
Job Requirements
4 year bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Valid driver's license
Must be able to pass criminal background check and drug test
