Job Duties Required:
Spray metal roofs
Patch and repair drywall holes
Caulking
Operation of lift and monitoring and reacting to normal and abnormal scenarios
Assist with ensuring proper training of new employees
Appropriate use and maintenance of painting equipment
Willingness to work outside in all types of weather
Employee Skills Required:
Proven ability to work well and efficiently in a team environment
Exceptional ability to provide not only excellent results, but efficient ones
Proven ability to provide above and beyond Customer Service and satisfaction
Minimum 1 year experience in painting industry
Minimum 1 year experience working with boom lift and other heavy equipment
Ability to solve problems and work well under pressure and time constraints
Pre-Employment Requirements:
Valid drivers license with good record
Ability to pass motor vehicle report, drug screen, and background check
