Kanki Manager Kanki Japanese House of Steaks and Sushi is seeking an experienced, motivated Managers to help lead our team at Crabtree Valley Mall location. Kanki is more than a restaurant; it is a dinner theatre. The combination of our fun atmosphere, entertainment and delicious food make Kanki the regions premier special occasion restaurant. The Assistant Manager is responsible for ensuring our guests experience is very special, with consistent high-quality food preparation and service, as well as helping to manage daily operations of our restaurant, including overall operational accountability and ensuring desired restaurant outcomes (increased sales, profitability, and employee retention.) QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS Eligibility: Must be at least 21 years of age. Must have legal right to work in the United States. Must be able to pass a criminal background check. Education: High School Diploma or GED Required Work Schedule: Ability to work flexible hours, weekends and holidays. Prior Experience: Preferred retail or hospitality industry management experience in a leadership position. Licenses/Certifications: SERV Safe certified preferred. Must have clean driving record and reliable transportation. Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 30lbs, to stand and walk for long periods of time, reach with arms and hands.
