Position is responsible for entering and verifying identified data into the electronic medical record to ensure accuracy. Ensures patients receive exceptional customer service, answers patient calls, completes scheduling duties and complete insurance verification. Understands the needs of the organization and supports the missions, values and management of WakeMed Physicians.Experience Requirements:1 Year Healthcare RequiredEducation Required:High School Diploma or Equivalent Required - And Associate's Degree Business Administration Or Associate's Degree Related Field PreferredLicensure/Certification Requirements:Not ApplicableHours of Work:Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pmWeekend Requirements:No WeekendsCall Requirements:None
