We are looking for our Call Center Representatives to be customer-focused, detail oriented, and motivated to achieve positive results. Details of position are listed below:
Answer or make calls to our guests or employees to learn about and address their needs, complaints, or other issues with products or services
Respond efficiently and accurately to callers, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring they feel supported and valued
Utilize software, databases, scripts, and tools appropriately
Make sales or recommendations for products or services that may better suit client needs.
YOUR BACKGROUND (REQUIREMENTS):
MUST BE able to work Saturdays and Sundays
Shifts include 12pm-9pm and 3pm-12am
High School diploma, AA preferred
1-2 years of experience in customer service or retail setting is a plus.
Previous Call Center experience is highly desirable
