We are a trade service company with 2 locations North Carolina and South Carolina. Our home office in located in Raleigh NC. We have been in business since 2004 and have continued a rapidly growing client base. With growing revenue, we are in need of an experienced steward of inventory control.
Duties Include
Receive and stock material incoming from Receiving Inspection.
Disburse or transfer material in accordance to work instructions.
Take physical inventory of all parts and materials on a regular periodic basis and reconcile balance with material control.
Perform clerical duties such as: receiving, auditing, posting bin cards, preparing, and verifying paperwork.
Some PC inputs.
May be cross-trained and perform in other areas of Supply Chain
Verifies quantity, weight, and conformance of materials to stated identifications; logs receipt of items on the computer system
develop par levels on service trucks with well regulated parts and materials
Minimum Qualifications:
Experience in MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Secret Security Clearance required or must be obtained within 90 days of beginning work
Excellent attendance record with ability to work flexible hours and able to meet overtime requirements
Shipping & Receiving Experience is a plus
High School Diploma or GED
Must be able to work independently with a minimum of supervision.
One year of experience in computerized inventory control or equal experience there of.
Stock and disburse, manual and/or clerical work required.
Able to lift 50 pounds.
Education in supply chain supply chain/ operations a plus but not required
