Essential Job Duties
- Full-charge bookkeeping including reconciliations, invoicing, A/P, A/R, tax compliance and financial reporting
- Office management
- Payroll/HR
- Order processing
Job Specific Competencies
- Problem solving - researches and analyzes problems, determines alternative solutions and creates action steps to solve, often without much oversight.
- Multi-tasking - ability to move quickly & efficiently between tasks. Able to handle fast-paced environment and keep an even, pleasant attitude throughout.
- High software aptitude - QuickBooks desktop experience required. ConnectWise, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Intuit Full Service payroll experience a plus. Paperless office environment.
- Quick learner - continuously improves knowledge through reading and self-study. Not afraid to learn new software or skills.
- Humble/no ego - willingness to roll up sleeves and get hands dirty in order to get things done.
Qualifications
- 2-3 years required experience in: Full charge bookkeeping/accounting experience with a technology/professional services business
- College degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen
