SAGA Construction, Inc. (SAGA), a North Carolina construction and development firm, is seeking self-motivated Warranty/Maintenance Coordinator to join their team for a challenging and rewarding career.¯The ideal candidate coordinates and manages warranty/maintenance requests for active and closed communities/homes. Responsibilities
The primary responsibilities of the position will be coordinating work between trade partners/construction team and homeowners
Entering service requests and information into a system,
Following up on the status and completion of service requests
Assisting field warranty managers/Supervisors as necessary
Scheduling out the requests and changes with all involved.
Quality control.
Provide outstanding customer service

Education and Experience
Demonstrated success in a customer-facing position.
Willingness to be on-call based on a rotating schedule
High School Diploma or GED required
