Southern Shores Realty is looking for Seasonal Maintenance Techs for our upcoming Summer season. We are looking for both full-time and part-time techs. The ability to work a flexible schedule and weekends is required. You must have a clean NC driver's license and be able to lift 50 pounds. Ask about our bonus program!
Duties include:
-light maintenance tasks
-deliveries
-troubleshooting issues that arise
