Hilton Garden Inn Outer Banks, Kitty Hawk is a premier hotel/resort on the Outer Banks offering exceptional guest service and exquisite accommodations. We are looking for someone that LOVES to talk to people, has a friendly nature, and will deliver the high standards of service that Hilton is known for. We seek for individuals that are reliable, dependable, and able to think on your feet and multi-task in a quick-paced environment. We are huge advocates of teamwork and you must be a team player to jive with our great staff. Computer experience is required. We will be sure to provide apt training to you.

Position requires for you to be punctual you must be on time to work, in proper uniform, have reliable transportation, and ability to stay focused on your task at hand. We are a very busy hotel and all of employees must display our high guest-service skills. Our guests are the most important element of our hotel!

GUEST SERVICE AGENT - 3PM-11PM SHIFT - FULL TIME (32-40 hours) - YEAR-ROUND

$10.50 - $12.00 (based on experience)

Desk clerk is to be a constant presence at the Front Desk and available to hotel guests at all times during their shift.

Checking in, checking out, room assignments, issuing keys, delivering guest requested items, checking luggage, answering and directing all phone calls to the hotel, making reservations, accuracy in billing hotel guests, selling items out of the hotel pantry all while delivering the utmost in Hilton Customer Service.

Desk clerk is responsible for increasing room revenue by selling rooms to the best of their learned ability, discounting where necessary and understanding the supply and demand of the lodging business.

Our front desk agents are also responsible for being the heartbeat of the hotel - communicating with all departments, especially housekeeping and maintenance to ensure the rooms are in perfect condition for guest check in.

The front desk clerk serves as a concierge for the property recommending site seeing, restaurants, and directions to local area attractions.

Required to work Weekends and Holidays. No exceptions.
