We are looking for an individual to represent our company in Jacksonville, North Carolina in a unique position working with existing Spectrum Cable TV customers.

We need a person:
with NO criminal background who can also pass a drug test.
with a small 2004 or newer small fuel efficient vehicle and insurance to use in the position.
who can work from home and has high-speed internet access (company will reimburse a portion).
who can work M-F and SAT part of the day.
who lives in the Jacksonville metro area and can work from home with room for a computer and printer.
who is fully competent with computer use and MS office applications and can provide documentation
reports each morning.

who can talk to people respectfully and, enjoys talking to them and helping them.
This position is a field position visiting existing client customer addresses and engaging in reverse sales to motive them to keep their services. In this position you will receive work orders for past due cable accounts, route your orders, visit customers and advise them of what needs to be done to restore their services, collect monies, recover Spectrum equipment, leave a door tag if no contact, communicate with company dispatch, enter activity into your Company cell phone, prepare documentation and paperwork, return monies/ equipment/paperwork.
