We are looking for a professional Housekeeper able of attending to our facilities with integrity and attention to detail.
The goal is to create a clean and orderly environment for our guests that will become a critical factor in maintaining and strengthening our reputation.
Responsibilities
Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting and polishing
Ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards
Protect equipment and make sure there are no inadequacies
Notify management of any damages, deficits, and disturbances
Deal with reasonable complaints/requests with professionalism and patience
Check stocking levels of all consumables and replace when appropriateAdhere strictly to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of any company-related practices
RequirementsProven experience as a cleaner or housekeeper
Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance customers-oriented and friendly
Prioritization and time management skillsWorking quickly without compromising quality
Weekends and Major holidays must be able to work
We are looking for an individual who is able to follow the instruction, do the given work in timely fashion. Individual must be punctual. This position will require working on Saturday and Sunday. Candidate must be able to finish a minimum of 2 Check out rooms or 3 stayover rooms as per hotel's cleaning standard. This requirement must be fulfilled. A flexible schedule and a willingness to work overtime when necessary are essential. Minimum of 2 years of the hotel experience is required. A positive attitude is a must. Valid Driver License and reliable transportation are required. On time everytime and a "Whatever It Takes for Success" attitude and expectation. If you've been known to say: "I could never do that!" or "That's not my job!", please look elsewhere. Assist with other departments will be required. Due to location and Seasonal business of our property, no time off or vacation is allowed from the month of March to end of October. All other terms will be discussed during and after the interview.
