Providing support and direction in all aspects of Human Resources
Involves a wide range of responsibilities including talent acquisition, interviewing and hiring prospective employees
Investigate and participate in employee relations' concerns and/or issues
Assist in communicating and applying appropriate organizational policies and procedures
Provide support and guidance to supervisors and managers
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Preferred qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
Three to five year plus years of experience in an HR position involved with recruiting, hiring and employee relations
Effective oral and written communication skills
Excellent computer, organizational and time management skills
Training and knowledge of employment law
Experience and knowledge of Affirmative Action, Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA), American Disabilities Act (ADA)
