This position also assists in the development/implementation of patient care plans, identifies patient goals/approaches, resolves patient/family concerns, and summarizes concerns for Clinical Unit Manager.
Current license by the Board of Nursing to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse in the state of North Carolina.
Ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written form
Ability to interact with a variety of people and foster a team philosophy
Ability to negotiate and interact effectively with staff, patients, families, and professional/regulatory agents
