Recherche Kennels is a unique kennel where we only sell trained pups. We have a brand new very nice large facility with an incredible team of 20 full-time employees to help us raise and train our pups. Our clients desire their pups to be potty trained, basic obedience trained (sit, stay, lay, come), and socialized. We need someone who has a hard work ethic and desire AND the ability to work with pups from 6 weeks to 12 months of age. Below are the skills needed:
-Ability to train young pups- sit, stay, lay, come, walk on a leash, heel
-Ability to communicate how to continue training the pup- videos are made every week
-Dependability- punctuality, hard work ethic, trustworthy
-Ability to work well with others- gossip, criticism and a negative attitude is not tolerated.
-Trainability- be able to learn from our program and accept changes.
- Flexibility- outside of training, trainers will be asked to do videos, go on out-of-state deliveries, give training sessions to clients picking up pups and more.
The schedule is Tuesday-Saturday for about 7-8 hours every day. Start at 2-3 pm and end at 9-10 pm every day with the opportunity to move to 1st shift within a year or so if desired. The initial job will be in working with groups of pups house training them. Benefits include paid holidays, PTO, 3.5% Match Retirement, Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Dental, Vision and more.
