TranSource is a family owned business with commercial truck dealerships throughout North Carolina.
We are seeking a professional, customer-service oriented candidate to become one of our elite Service Advisors.
This candidate should have the ability to greet customers in a cordial, professional manner; answer numerous calls throughout work shift; enter and extract information in a computer business system; use email and other computer databases required for daily operations. Our service advisors follow the status of work to ensure timely completion, schedule and assign work to ensure optimum balance of quality, productivity, and profitability throughout work shift.
Applicant must have excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly the status of repairs needed and the repairs being performed to the customer throughout the work shift on a daily basis.
Salary commensurate with experience. Benefits include paid vacation, holidays, bereavement, jury duty as well as medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance. Advancement opportunities could be available in the future for the right candidate.
Hours are 10a-7p with the possibility of Saturday work if needed.
