The Clauson Law Firm, PLLC is a NC based SSD law firm in need of an Entry Level Associate Attorney.
Responsibilities:
25-40 administrative SSD hearings per month.
Travel to Raleigh, Fayetteville, New Bern, and Wilmington, with 1-2 out of state hearings a month.
Pre hearing phone calls with clients
Review of a medical summary and brief (written by our staff)
Work Environment:
You can work out of any location in central/eastern North Carolina in a home satellite office. Your work will include traveling, attending hearings, and light office work from home.
Requirements and compensation
JD, with a Bar license in any state
Recent graduates are encouraged to apply, 0-3 years experience preferred.
Past internship or experience in hearings is ideal.
This is a full-time position.
Compensation is competitive for the industry and experience. We also offer employee health coverage (we pay 100%), life insurance, long term disability insurance, paid holidays, paid vacation, and 401k matching after 90 days of employment, company phone, laptop, and use of company car for hearings.
