Scratch restaurant is looking to hire, immediately, an experienced line cook that is capable and experienced in multiple positions on a cook line. Fry, sauté, grill, expo, and prep.
You must be able to perform well in a fast paced environment, follow a recipe, cook to temperature, be capable of following written and verbal instructions, work well in a team, and be willing to complete side-work and cleaning responsibilities.
