Job Summary:Apply extensive human resources knowledge to accurately process verifications of employment, unemployment claims, administration of garnishments and provide exceptional service to our business partners and employees via email and phone.Core Responsibilities:
Respond to requests for verification of employments from various resources
Complete unemployment claim requests by working with third party vendors & HRBP’s as needed
Support Payroll team members by being able to answer phone calls and/or emails from employees related to payroll questions
Identify opportunities for process improvement and communicate observations to the Payroll Manager and team
Responsible for running the daily KPI resolution report related to Service Now cases
Maintain/update work instructions as needed
Perform other duties as needed
Required Competencies:
SAP experience strongly preferred
Experience with ADP Enterprise preferred
Customer service or related experience required
Computer proficiency with the ability to research items as required
Excellent verbal & written skills
Fundamental team member skills:
Ability and desire to meet or exceed customer expectations
Ability to answer incoming questions and resolve cases with accuracy and timeliness
Ability to recognize opportunities for process improvements and communicate those effectively
Ability to communicate with customers using technology and across different medias
Ability to work on a range of Microsoft office software programs

Minimum Education Required:
Bachelor’s Degree or the equivalent combination of directly related education, training and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities
