Responsibilities and Duties:
Develop positive working relationships with clients and teammates
Inbound/Outbound calls with potential clients
Analyze clients’ current insurance needs and offer new solutions reducing their overall cost
Handle policy sales, conservation, and renewals
Participate in continuing education programs as required by licensing and position requirements
Preferred Skills:
High School Diploma
Prior sales experience
Medicare insurance sales experience a plus!
Company will assist with licensing and training
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to problem solve
Strong computer skills
Pleasant telephone manner
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Position Information:
Alternating Weekly Schedule
Monday – Friday; 8am – 5pm and Monday-Friday; 11am – 8pm
Bi-Weekly pay starting at $10-$15 per hour, based on experience and licensing status
Monthly sales bonuses based upon performance
Earn additional monthly income for policy renewal beyond year one
Insurance benefits after a 90-day probationary period
