Type of Requisition: RegularClearance Level Must Be Able to Obtain: Top Secret/SCIJob Family: Project/Task ManagementUnder minimal supervision, the Software Project Manager works as a team lead of an enterprise IT Software Development and Business Solutions Team to support software replacement and automation of business processes. Responsible for implementation and coordination of in-house developed, COTS and GOTS solutions. Responsible for day-to-day coordination and administration of tasks by ensuring high quality and productivity standards while meeting customer schedules. Maintains record of and facilitates change requests and ensures all team members are informed of all changes. Coordinates and facilitates project meetings, product demonstrations, end user and sponsor acceptance and ensures project artifacts remain updated. Establish and maintain an effective and collaborative relationship with customers, end users and other team members. Management of Team Members to include approving timecards and annual reviews for SharePoint Site Collection Administrators, Business Analyst and System Trainers.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
5+ years Project Management experience
Project Management Training and Certification is desired, PMP or Project+ Requires a strong understanding of Information Technology (IT) to include software development and relational database concepts
Requires at least 4-6 years of experience with the Software Development Life Cycle (Preferably Agile or Scrum)
Requires experience with Microsoft SharePoint 2010/2013/2016
Requires experience utilizing Microsoft Office products to include Project, Visio and OneNote
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM is highly desired
Self-motivated, shows initiative, and works with minimal direction
Must be able to manage multiple tasks, projects and team members simultaneously
Candidates who have held prior military &/or leadership experience are highly desirable

BA/BS (or equivalent experience)
