We are seeking a Plant Maintenance Manager for our Fayetteville, NC plant.

If you have the following, we want to hear from you:

5+ years of electrical (with PLC) and mechanical background and/or an Associates or bachelors degree in a mechanical, electrical, chemical or food processing discipline

At least 2 years of management experience

Computer competency

Rendering industry experience preferred but not required

Essential Functions:

Manage the staff, process and activities for maintaining all plant machinery to ensure safe, continual and efficient operation

Ensure that periodic and preventive maintenance are appropriately scheduled and accomplished and that emergency troubleshooting and maintenance support are readily available as needed

Oversee maintenance goal setting, activity scheduling, work performance and performance management to ensure measurable goals, proper workload distribution, goal satisfaction and effective staff performance management.

Monitor and continually improve maintenance processes and maintenance personnel performance to achieve enhanced levels of efficiency.
